Funtastic Challenge "THE CLASSICS SPIN #2"

~ THE CLASSICS SPIN ~
The Classics Club got another challenge it's called "The Classics Spin" - the idea is to tackle our-fear on several readings that had been on the pile too long, and this is just for fun but also can be another 'excuses' or I can said it as the kick-off to remind our self on our progress in reading challenge. How  about the rules ? It's quite simple, just follow this instruction below : [ or you can check on the main post in HERE ]

It's the second Classics Spin that will be held from May - June 2013. Since my first attempt did not works as the schedule, I would like to try it again, and hopefully this time it will be finished before the end of June.
  • Go to your blog.
  • Pick twenty books that you’ve got left to read from your Classics Club List.
  • Try to challenge yourself: list five you are dreading/hesitant to read, five you can’t WAIT to read, five you are neutral about, and five free choice (favorite author, rereads, ancients — whatever you choose.)
  • Post that list, numbered 1-20, on your blog by next Monday (on May 20.2013)
  • Monday morning, we’ll announce a number from 1-20. Go to the list of twenty books you posted, and select the book that corresponds to the number we announce.
  • The challenge is to read that book by July 1, even if it’s an icky one you dread reading! (No fair not listing any scary ones!)
So here is my Book Spin List from The Classics Club Project :

  1. Some great choices there. A few of them are on my classics list as well. I tried reading The Hunchback of Notre Dame last year, but had to give up in the end. I just couldn't get going with it. I just read The Secret Garden and it was a very pleasant read. It'll be interesting to see which book you end up having to read. Thanks for visiting my blog earlier and happy reading.

    1. That's depends on how much time I can spare to read it :D
But first I will read the translation edition, then if 'father-of-time' have mercy on me, I would like to read the unbridged English version too.

  3. The Picture of Dorian Gray and Les Miserables are two of my favorites! Peter Pan and The Hunchback of Notre Dame are also great, as is the Diary of Anne Frank. And Jane Eyre needs no words. Dracula was not what I was expecting, but I loved it! Good luck with the SPIN - Hope you get a good #!
